1.1 Cancellation by the Buyer
Buyer can cancel a product anytime prior to lens fitting (in case of Power Eyeglasses / Sunglasses) or prior to Shipment (in other cases). We will not be able to cancel orders wherein the Product(s) have already been dispatched to the Buyer or wherein lens processing has already commenced.
In case the Buyer requests for cancellation of the order after the payment has been processed and amount has been debited from the Buyer’s credit / debit / cash card or bank account as the case may be, but before lens processing or shipment, then we shall refund the entire amount to you within 21 working days.

1.2 Cancellation by Wizopt
In the event Wizopt is unable to process any order for any reason whatsoever including without limitation, non-availability of the Product(s) or quantities ordered by you, inaccuracies relating to Product information or errors in pricing information, then Wizopt reserves the right to cancel such order at its sole discretion. If Wizopt cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the paid amount will be refunded within 21 working days.
