This Policy inter-alia covers the terms concerning the privacy of your Personal Information in our Website including but not limited to information related to your past use of the Website products and services, between you and Wizopt or its affiliates, representatives, successors, permitted assigns. 8.3 Any unresolved disputes or claims which may arise out of or in connection with the Policy shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings will be presided by a sole arbitrator to be appointed based on mutual consent of both parties in writing.

8.4 The arbitration proceedings shall be in English and shall be held in Delhi, India.

8.5 The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties.

8.6 Subject to the above, you hereby submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi, India.

9. Notices:

9.1 On completion of an application form or registration at our Website, be aware that you are giving Wizopt, your Personal Information and you will not be informed separately.
