1. What is WIZOPT’s return policy?

Return Policy:

2.1 In the event you receive damaged / broken product, you are required to inform us within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Follow these simple steps for refund:

  • Provide us your Order ID and register a request for refund.
  • E mail an image of the product highlighting the defect.

2.2 You may choose to have the amount refunded via discount coupon of an amount which shall be 10% greater than your refund amount, which you could use against your next purchase. Alternatively, you can also get your paid amount refunded via Net Banking Transfer (NEFT).

2.3 Before accepting shipment of any Product(s), kindly ensure that the Product(s) packaging (spectacle case/ cleaning cloth/ contact lens box/ any other accessory or gifts which were a part of the package sent to you) is not damaged or tampered with in any manner. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we request you not to accept the delivery of the Product.

2.4 All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with packaging intact, and should not be broken, scratched or tampered with.

 When Returns are Eligible?

  1. If you have received the ‘product(s)' in damaged condition.
  2. If you have received the ‘wrong product’ (not matching your ordered product).
  3. If you have received ‘wrong power’ (not matching your entered prescription power).
  4. In case of contact lenses, returns are eligible only if you haven't opened the contact lens sealed box.

 When Returns are not Eligible?

  1. If the product returned is not in original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, warranty card and invoices, etc.
  2. Eyeglasses / Sunglasses / Contact Lenses in a damaged condition (due to mishandling.
  3. In case of scratches / marks on frames or glasses at your end.
  4. Wizopt, to the best of its knowledge, has displayed or attempts to display on the Website as accurately as possible description and detailing of the individual Product. However, the colors visible to You is solely dependent on Your Laptop/ Monitor/ Mobile device/ Tablet settings/ resolution. Hence, no guarantee is provided by Wizopt regarding Your visibility of colors on the Website.
  5. For customers who have had a history of returning a product at least two times in the past 6 months, at the time of return request, it shall be deemed that he/ she has malafide intentions of misusing the return policy of the website and therefore his/ her return request shall be considered null and void.

Upon receipt of the Product containing the defect, and subject to verification, we shall proceed to process your refund request within 48 hours.

How will I be refunded?
You may choose to have the amount refunded via discount coupon of an amount which shall be 10% greater than your refund amount, which you could use against your next purchase. Alternatively, you can also get your paid amount refunded via Net Banking Transfer (NEFT) within 21 working days (after product verification).
